This is your boundary. Every eBook, accessory, and garment here is intentional, protected, and sacred. By purchasing, downloading, or ordering from jadestonelovelife.com, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Scope of Products
HeartFire Manifested™ offers:
Digital eBooks authored by Jade Stone (digital delivery only)
Sublimation accessories (mousepads, keychains, mugs, tumblers, magnets) — production, inventory, and shipping managed by Jade Stone
Clothing items (socks, shirts, hoodies, blankets) — printed, fulfilled, and shipped via Printify
Exclusions:
No raw design files
No custom services
Jade Stone does not handle production, shipping, or inventory for clothing items
2. Payment & Fulfillment
Full payment is required before download access (eBooks) or order processing (physical products)
All sales are final. No refunds, no exchanges
Sublimation accessories and eBooks: managed directly by Jade Stone
Clothing items: managed by Printify; HeartFire Manifested™ is not responsible for delays beyond standard processing
Report any technical access or delivery issues within 72 hours of purchase
Risk of loss passes to the customer once items are delivered to the carrier
3. Discounts & Promotions
Discounts apply only with valid codes
Unauthorized discounts will not be honored
Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
4. Usage Rights
eBooks: licensed for personal use only; redistribution, resale, or public sharing is prohibited
Sublimation accessories & clothing: licensed for personal or gift use only; reproduction or resale of designs is strictly forbidden
All content is protected — spiritually and legally; unauthorized use will be pursued
5. Intellectual Property
All writings, designs, and symbolic elements are the sole property of Jade Stone
Unauthorized duplication, repackaging, or commercial use will be met with legal action
HeartFire Manifested™ retains full rights to all original works
6. Disclaimers
Products are not medical, legal, or financial advice
Results from mindfulness practices or symbolic rituals may vary 

HeartFire Manifested™ is not liable for misuse or misinterpretation of content
Customers are responsible for maintaining compatible devices/software to access digital downloads
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HeartFire Manifested™ and Jade Stone from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of products or violation of these terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Nevada law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be resolved in Clark County, Nevada.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or ordering any product from jadestonelovelife.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
